Taxes and Duties

For Canadian customers, all prices shown on our website include applicable taxes at checkout, unless otherwise noted. Oliba Cosmetics operates under Canada’s small business law. For international orders, taxes and duties are not included in the product price. Customers outside of Canada are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or fees due upon delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Enter your shipping address to view the final shipping rate before completing your purchase.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Canada, the United States, and most countries in Europe. If you are unable to complete checkout due to shipping restrictions, please contact us at contact@olibacosmetics.com, and we will do our best to assist.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping estimates apply only to in-stock items. If any product is out of stock, we will contact you via email or phone with updated information.

  • Canada (Chit Chats Select): 4–8 business days with full tracking
  • United States (Chit Chats U.S. Select): 4–8 business days with full tracking
  • Europe (Chit Chats International Tracked): 4–21 business days with full tracking

All orders have a handling time of 1–4 business days before shipment. Delivery times exclude weekends and holidays and may vary due to shipping carrier delays or specialty product handling.

Order Delivery

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, followed by a tracking email once your package has shipped. Orders will be shipped once all items are available.

Please ensure your shipping address and order details are accurate before placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address or modify the contents. All deliveries are curbside and will be left at your door or mailbox unless otherwise stated by the courier.

Duties, Taxes, and Payment

  • Currency: All prices are listed and charged in CAD (Canadian Dollars).
  • International Orders: Duties, VAT, and taxes may apply and are not collected by Oliba Cosmetics. These fees are your responsibility. We ship under Incoterm DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Payment Methods

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Full payment is charged at the time the order is placed, including pre-ordered items.

If you cancel an order that includes a pre-order, the amount paid will be refunded, but we cannot guarantee stock availability for reordering.

If you believe you’ve been incorrectly charged, please contact us. You will have the option to correct the order or request a cancellation.

Vouchers and Promotions

Voucher codes cannot be combined with other offers or campaigns. Each voucher is valid only during the specified date range and cannot be applied retroactively or to future orders outside that period.
