Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered the packaging or shipping process. To request a cancellation, please contact us at contact@olibacosmetics.com as soon as possible. Once an order is in transit, it can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee or a replacement. Please notify us at contact@olibacosmetics.com, and we will provide return instructions.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Orders that do not arrive due to factors within the customer's control (e.g., incorrect shipping address)
- Requests made beyond 14 days of the guaranteed delivery period
For general dissatisfaction, we encourage you to contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any cosmetics that have been opened or used. This policy ensures the highest standard of cleanliness and safety for all our customers.
Returns for unopened, regular-priced items may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Discounted, promotional, or bespoke items are final sale and non-refundable.

- Our team will provide return authorization and further instructions.
All returned products must be in unused, original condition with packaging and labels intact. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We do not offer prepaid shipping labels
- Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable
- Items purchased online cannot be exchanged or refunded in person
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within two weeks of receiving the returned item.
Damaged or Faulty Products
Many of our products are handcrafted and may display slight variations that reflect the natural ingredients we use. However, if your item arrives damaged or compromised in any way, please contact us immediately.
Extreme temperatures during shipping may alter the texture of certain products such as balms or creams. If this occurs, we will happily send a replacement.
To submit a claim:
- Email contact@olibacosmetics.com from the address used for the order
- Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
- Describe the issue in detail
We will guide you through the return or replacement process. Faulty items will be replaced with the same product whenever possible.
