Taxes and Duties

For customers shopping within Canada, all prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes at checkout unless otherwise noted. Oliba Cosmetics operates under the small business law. For customers outside of Canada, taxes and duties are not included in the price. Non-Canadian customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees directly to their local authorities upon delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the items in your order. The total will update with the appropriate shipping rate once you enter your shipping address.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, we ship to destinations within Canada, the United States and most of Europe. If you experience any issues checking out due to shipping limitations, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping timeframes apply to in-stock items only. Please note that we do not guarantee all items are in stock at the time of your order. If any items are out of stock, we will contact you by phone or email.

Standard handling time for all items is 1-4 business days, excluding shipping timeframes. These timeframes are approximate and may vary due to shipping delays, oversized items, or specialty items. All shipping timeframes are quoted in business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation, followed by a tracking email once your package has been shipped. Your order will be shipped once all items are in stock.

Please ensure your shipping details, personal information, and selected items are accurate at the time of checkout, as we cannot reroute packages or change order contents once they have been shipped. Home delivery is curbside, and packages must be collected at the front door of your building or home.

Duties, Taxes & Payment

Prices: All prices are listed and charged in CAD. Taxes are included in the checkout price for Canadian customers.

Duties & Taxes: For orders outside of Canada, you may be charged VAT, import duties, and taxes upon receipt of your package. These charges are your responsibility. We ship according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties, or taxes at checkout.

Payment

We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and PayPal. The full amount will be charged when we receive your order, including pre-ordered items. If you cancel your order due to a future delivery date, paid pre-orders will be treated with priority but cannot reserve stock.

If you believe you have been charged the wrong amount, please contact us to correct the issue. You will have the option to place a new order or cancel the existing one.

Vouchers and Promotions

Voucher codes cannot be combined with other campaigns or additional vouchers. Vouchers are subject to expiration and can only be used within the set date range. Vouchers cannot be applied to past or future orders outside the voucher’s valid dates. Promotions are not applicable to past orders.
